Job Description:
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our online operations. You will be the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, turning inquiries into happy customers. If you have a passion for retail, a knack for social media engagement, and the patience to provide exceptional service to busy families, we would love to have you on our team.
Requirements:
Multi-Channel Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
Personalized Shopping Assistance: Help parents find the perfect items by providing clear product information, pricing, and tailored recommendations.
Order Management: Manage the full order lifecycle, including confirming purchases, processing payments, and coordinating delivery details.
Customer Retention: Follow up on pending orders and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat patronage.
Issue Resolution: Handle feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when needed.
Administrative Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date customer records and databases to ensure a smooth shopping experience for every client.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND qualification.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or social media management is a significant advantage.
Digital Literacy: Strong command of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook. You should be comfortable navigating these platforms to drive sales.
