Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Customer Service Representative to anchor the front-line engine of Uncle Stan’s Foods. In the competitive Lagos culinary landscape, success is defined by "Service Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize professional hospitality with the clinical precision required for Order Accuracy, multi-channel inquiry management, and rapid complaint resolution. This role is designed for an "Experience Architect" with an OND/HND/B.Sc. and 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Communication Grit" (handling phone, email, and social media) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Microsoft Office and menu logistics.

Requirements:

1. Inquiry Orchestration & Engagement Governance

  • Interaction Sovereignty: Greet and assist customers with high-fidelity professionalism, acting as the primary "Source of First Impressions."

  • Platform Architecture: Manage phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries with clinical focus, ensuring every interaction acts as a "Source of Brand Trust."

  • Knowledge Stewardship: Maintain updated expertise on all menu items and promotions, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for accurate customer guidance.

2. Operational Resilience & Lifecycle Logic

  • Order Sovereignty: Process customer orders accurately across online and in-person channels, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Integrity."

  • Resolution Architecture: Handle requests and complaints promptly with a "Zero-Friction" approach, maintaining the "Source of Customer Retention."

  • Liaison Stewardship: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex concerns, ensuring the "Source of Inter-departmental Harmony."

3. Administrative Integrity & Professional Power

  • Compliance Sovereignty: Adhere to company policies and service standards with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Operational Discipline."

  • Support Architecture: Provide high-speed administrative assistance as required, utilizing 1–3 years of service experience to optimize the "Source of Office Flow."

  • Team Logic: Work independently and within a team to ensure a seamless experience, utilizing Microsoft Office proficiency to maintain the "Source of Digital Records."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of robust experience in customer service or a related hospitality/retail role.

  • Residency (Mandatory): Applicants must reside within Ikoyi, Osapa/Orchid, or Admiralty Road (Lekki). Proximity is a non-negotiable operational requirement.
