Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Experience Representative to join our school community. In this dual-impact role, you will act as the face of the institution, guiding prospective families through the admissions journey while driving enrollment growth. You will blend empathetic parent engagement with a data-driven sales approach to ensure our school remains a top choice for families seeking excellence in education.
Requirements:
Admissions & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families, managing inquiries via phone and email while conducting professional school tours.
Enrollment Conversion: Own the sales cycle from initial lead to final enrollment. You will apply a consultative approach to understand family needs and work toward exceeding established growth targets.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize tools like HubSpot or Sales Cloud to manage leads, track interactions, and provide detailed reports on conversion metrics and pipeline health.
Admissions Support: Implement and oversee the end-to-end admissions process, including meticulous application reviews and processing.
Objection Handling: Confidently address parent concerns and provide tailored solutions to facilitate successful enrollment.
Brand Advocacy: Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media management and contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven background in customer service, sales, school admissions, or a high-touch relationship management role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse community of parents and students.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data-driven metrics and meeting performance targets.
Professionalism: A personable, well-presented, and highly organized approach to daily operations.
