Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our organization and our clients, ensuring that every interaction whether via phone, email, social media, or in person is professional, informative, and helpful. Requirements:
Omnichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
Brand Advocacy: Serve as a subject matter expert on our products, services, and ongoing projects, providing accurate and timely information.
Resolution Management: Proactively manage customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Lead Management: Diligently follow up on leads and requests to support our sales and engagement goals.
Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture positive, professional relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Reporting & Documentation: Keep precise records of all customer interactions and transactions; prepare periodic service reports as required.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree in any relevant discipline.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or a related field.
Industry Preference: Previous experience in the Real Estate industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
