Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing information about our properties and investment opportunities, and ensuring a positive client experience at all times.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s properties, investment plans, and services.
- Assist clients with documentation, applications, and payment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with clients on property inquiries, investment packages, and service requests.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep customers informed about new property listings, investment opportunities, and company updates.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate services is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.

Salary
