Job Description:

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for logistics? We are seeking detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Abuja and Lagos. In this role, you will be the face of our service, ensuring every parcel is managed with precision and every customer experience is exceptional.

Requirements:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding parcel booking, shipping rates, and delivery timelines.

  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the routing and tripping of parcels, ensuring timely dispatch across all terminal locations.

  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Supervise the inspection, packaging, and registration of items to ensure they meet strict company safety and compliance standards.

  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor parcels in transit and maintain proactive, clear communication with customers regarding status updates or service adjustments.

  • Documentation Management: Manage accurate records, including waybills, manifests, receipts, and proof-of-delivery documentation.

  • Conflict Resolution: Professionally handle customer feedback, complaints, and claims to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Operational Collaboration: Partner closely with operations and dispatch teams to streamline communication between terminals and final delivery points.

  • Data Accuracy: Maintain precise customer transaction history and records within our CRM system.

  • Revenue Support: Assist with accurate revenue collection and financial accounting for daily transactions.

  • Brand Advocacy: Uphold a professional image that promotes the reliability and excellence of our logistics services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

  • Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in customer service, logistics, or a related administrative role.
