Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and professionally poised Customer Service Representative to anchor our client relations at our Lagos Mainland corporate office. In a sophisticated business environment, success is defined by "Service Excellence", the ability to act as a seamless first point of contact, transforming every inquiry into a positive brand experience. This role is designed for a "Client Success Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Diplomatic Communication" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to manage CRM data and resolve complex complaints.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Client Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty." You will be the primary steward of our corporate voice: responsible for providing high-fidelity product information, navigating sensitive customer feedback, and ensuring that no client concern goes unresolved. If you possess "Excellent Interpersonal Skills," a background in Mass Communication or Business, and the "Professional Grace" to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to drive our service sovereignty.

Requirements:

1. Clinical Diplomacy & Inquiry Management

  • Omni-Channel Responsiveness: Act as the primary engine for client engagement, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and official corporate channels.

  • Knowledge Governance: Provide accurate, high-fidelity information regarding company products, services, and internal policies to ensure client clarity.

  • Resolution Sovereignty: Handle and resolve customer complaints with a focus on "Professionalism and De-escalation," ensuring the company’s standards of excellence are upheld at every touchpoint.

2. CRM Architecture & Performance Analytics

  • Data Stewardship: Maintain millimetric documentation of all client interactions using CRM systems, ensuring a transparent and actionable history of the client journey.

  • Reporting Fidelity: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly customer service reports that provide management with actionable insights into client sentiment and operational bottlenecks.

  • Escalation Logic: Identify complex issues that require specialized intervention and escalate them to the appropriate departments with clear, concise briefings.

3. Relationship Retention & Operational Support

  • Retention Orchestration: Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to confirm satisfaction, identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term loyalty.

  • Operational Synergy: Support administrative and operational tasks as required, ensuring the corporate office functions as a cohesive unit.

  • Standard Advocacy: Consistently project a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the brand’s corporate identity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in a corporate customer service or client relations role.

  • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM software is a distinct advantage.
