Job Description:
We are seeking a high-empathy and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to anchor our client relations in Lagos. In a fast-paced commercial hub, success is defined by "Resolution Velocity", the ability to address customer inquiries with speed, professionalism, and technical accuracy. This role is designed for a "Service Specialist" who can blend "Emotional Intelligence" with the "Operational Grit" required to manage a team of junior representatives and optimize support processes.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Customer Satisfaction and Seamless Support Delivery." You will be the primary voice of the brand: responsible for resolving complex complaints, processing high-volume requests, and maintaining a positive brand image under pressure. Requirements:
1. Multi-Channel Engagement & Diplomacy

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role is required.
