Job Description:
Are you a serving NYSC Corps Member looking for an impactful and professional Primary Place of Assignment (PPA)? We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. You will manage communications, coordinate schedules, and play a key role in our healthcare and wellness operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration and professional client management.
Requirements:
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming clients and providing professional, empathetic support.
Omnichannel Communication: Manage client inquiries efficiently via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and optimize daily clinic appointments.
Follow-up & Retention: Proactively follow up with prospective and current clients regarding consultations and wellness treatment plans.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, logs, and administrative files.
Front Desk Operations: Assist with seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
Product Knowledge: Provide clear information regarding clinic services, wellness packages, and promotional offers.
Problem-Solving: Handle client feedback and concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Operational Support: Assist with general office coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
NYSC Status: Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a PPA.
Educational Qualification: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and excellent phone etiquette.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Work Ethic: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and time management.
Experience in customer service or healthcare administration is an added advantage.
