Job Description:
We are looking for a vibrant, professional, and patient Customer Service Personnel to be the face and voice of our brand in Lagos. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and positive. You will handle everything from accurate order processing and product inquiries to the efficient resolution of complex complaints, all while maintaining the high standards of service and hygiene that define our organization.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a "customer-first" mindset and the ability to stay organized in a high-traffic environment.
Requirements:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Prompt Service: Attend to customers across multiple channels—including in-person, phone, and online—ensuring zero delays in service delivery.
Order Management: Take and process customer orders with 100% accuracy, ensuring all specifications are captured and communicated to the back-end team.
Product Expertise: Provide deep-dive information regarding products, services, and current promotions to drive customer interest and satisfaction.
Issue Resolution & Support
Complaint Handling: Manage and resolve customer complaints with a calm, empathetic, and efficient approach, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
Relationship Building: Maintain a consistently positive and professional attitude to ensure an excellent overall customer experience and foster brand loyalty.
Operations & Administration
Financial Transactions: Process payments securely and issue accurate receipts for all transactions.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions to help the team track service trends.
Area Maintenance: Ensure the front-of-house or service area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times, adhering to all company hygiene regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work synchronously with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a unified service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer-facing role (Retail, Hospitality, or Call Center) is an advantage.
A proven track record of handling cash and processing digital payments.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
Emotional Intelligence: The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure or when dealing with difficult situations.
Organization: Strong attention to detail, especially regarding order processing and record-keeping.
