We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs or escalate issues as necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices through training and self-learning.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess an HND with 1 - 2 years experience.
• Must reside within the axis of Ago palace or Surulere, Lagos State.
