Job Description:
- The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers.
- The role involves handling customer inquiries, taking food orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth, friendly, and professional customer experience in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
- Take food orders accurately and confirm all details with customers
- Provide clear and accurate information about menu items, prices, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues promptly
- Liaise with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Track and record customer orders, feedback, and complaints
- Patience and attention to details
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude at all times
- Support sales by encouraging add-ons and repeat orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. (added advantage)
- English and Linguistics or related field is an added advantage
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is required
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
