AllureBySBL is seeking a proactive, stylish, and highly professional Customer Service Officer to join our team in Lagos. As the voice of our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction from initial inquiry to post-purchase support is seamless, engaging, and reflective of our premium lifestyle standard.

Requirements:
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and social media platforms, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
Problem Resolution: Proactively manage customer concerns, including order inquiries, delivery tracking, returns, and style advice.
Brand Representation: Maintain a deep understanding of our collection to provide accurate product information and professional style recommendations.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
Social Integration: Utilize social media tools to manage brand mentions, engage with our community, and support our digital storefront operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Industry Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a customer service role is MANDATORY. Experience specifically within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to use digital collaboration and project management tools.
Social Media: Ability to navigate and use social media platforms for professional engagement is a significant advantage.
Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, patient, and persuasive interpersonal style.
