Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for excellence in customer relations? We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Customer Service Manager to join our team in Lekki. As the primary face of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and supported. You will manage our front-office operations and oversee multi-channel customer engagement to maintain high satisfaction standards.

Requirements:

• Front-Desk Leadership: Serve as the initial point of contact, warmly welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors to create a positive first impression.

• Multi-Channel Support: Proactively manage customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.

• Issue Resolution: Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely solutions that align with company values.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous organizational standards, demonstrating adaptability to address diverse customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: At least 5 years of post-NYSC experience in a similar Customer Service Manager or supervisory role.

• Digital Proficiency: Advanced skill set in digital tools and platforms.

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Personal Attributes:
