Job Description:

Are you a customer-focused leader who understands that exceptional service is the ultimate sales engine? We are looking for a Customer Service Expert / Team Lead to join our team in Lekki. You will be the bridge between our customers and our premium brand, responsible for delivering world-class service, closing high-value sales, and guiding a team to exceed performance targets. Requirements:

  • Customer Experience Mastery: Own the end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints (Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Social Media), ensuring speed, professionalism, and satisfaction.

  • Sales Conversion: Actively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, handle complex objections, and drive sales closures with a customer-first approach.

  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Proactively implement campaigns, promotions, and follow-up sequences to convert leads and foster long-term customer retention.

  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior staff, set daily performance targets, monitor KPIs, and maintain rigorous service standards across the team.

  • Performance Analysis: Track critical metrics—including response time, conversion rates, and CSAT—to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.

  • Brand Stewardship: Become a deep product expert on our bespoke clothing and leather goods, communicating our unique brand value to every client.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles. (Prior team lead experience is a distinct advantage).

  • Sales & Marketing: Proven ability to close sales, handle objections, and execute marketing scripts or promotional campaigns.

  • Communication: Excellent command of English. (Proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo is an added advantage).

  • Technical Literacy: Comfort using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and spreadsheet software for reporting.

  • Mindset & Interests: A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a genuine passion for fashion, luxury goods, and African culture.

Salary

₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
