Job Description:

As the central point of contact, you will drive customer loyalty and repeat business by resolving issues with speed and empathy. You will work cross-functionally with our Operations, Sales, and Production teams to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person. Proactively communicate delivery updates and build long-term trust with our client base.

• Issue Resolution: Receive and resolve complaints with diplomacy and professional calm. Investigate recurring issues to provide actionable feedback to the Operations team.

• Order Operations: Accurately process and track orders, ensuring availability and timely fulfillment. Support the sales team with onboarding and identify cross-selling opportunities.

• Data & Insights: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM. Deliver regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback trends, and resolution rates to help us continuously improve.

• Brand Advocacy: Engage with our community on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp Business) and champion a "customer-first" culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, sales support, or a client-facing role. Experience in FMCG, retail, or food manufacturing is highly valued.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM or order management systems.

• Digital Fluency: Strong, confident user of Instagram and WhatsApp Business for brand engagement.
