Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Customer Service Executive to anchor the hospitality engine of our Lagos operations. In a specialized global workspace landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service and the precision of the environment success is defined by "Experience Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize human interaction with the clinical precision required for Front-of-House Management, Guest Welcoming, and Workspace Smoothness. This role is designed for an "Interaction Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (providing a warm, daily welcome) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage on-site tasks that ensure our busy professionals have a productive day.

Requirements:
