Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. By coordinating closely with our sales team and managing the end-to-end order process, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and achieving our organizational sales targets.

Requirements:

• Order Management: Oversee the full order lifecycle—from initial creation and quotation generation to tracking deliveries and processing modifications.

• Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to ensure client requirements are met, contributing directly to our service standards and sales goals.

• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present detailed weekly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics against projections.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of client feedback and inquiries, while building long-term relationships to boost retention.

• Operational Support: Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily administrative duties to ensure smooth departmental workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, client-facing, or sales support role.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-LOOKUP).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong interpersonal approach.

• Competencies: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
