Job Description:

Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer service and facility management? A reputable estate in Opebi, Ikeja, is seeking a mature, organized, and results-driven Customer Service/Estate Management Personnel to join our team.

In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our residents, ensuring that the estate’s operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality remain at the highest level. If you possess excellent conflict resolution skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Resident Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for all resident communications, promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints.

  • Operations Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of estate issues.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all issues, resolutions, and updates; escalate critical matters to management when necessary.

  • Communication: Clearly disseminate estate updates, policy directives, and notices to residents to ensure smooth community operations.

  • Standards Monitoring: Oversee general estate hygiene, service quality, and adherence to basic operational standards.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient estate management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 7–8 years of professional experience in customer service; previous experience in estate or facility management is a distinct advantage.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Maturity & Professionalism: Must be a mature, well-organized professional capable of working independently and under pressure.

  • Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with a strong command of MS Office and email communication.

  • Driving Requirement: Preferably male; must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.

  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain accurate records.

Salary

₦180,000 - ₦200,000/month
