Job Description:
This is an office-based sales role at Smash Technology Limited, focused entirely on converting incoming client leads into confirmed sales. The position does not require field marketing or prospecting— all leads are provided by the service team. The Sales & Conversion Executive’s primary responsibility is to engage with referred clients, present the company’s offerings confidently, and guide them toward making a purchase.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Takes full ownership of every lead referred by the Customer Service team and works to convert them into paying clients.
Engages prospects promptly after referral through CRM, email, or direct transfer— ensuring timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
Explains all Smash Technology brands, products, and services in detail, addressing client inquiries and recommending the most suitable packages based on their needs.
Handles objections professionally, maintains consistent follow-ups, and nurtures client relationships until the sale is closed or the lead is disqualified.
Maintains an accurate and organized CRM pipeline, logging all interactions, conversion stages, follow-ups, and final outcomes.
Identifies opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or products.
Keeps up to date with competitor offerings, market trends, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.
Collaborates with the Marketing and Business Development teams to align sales activities with ongoing campaigns and promotional efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals consistently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong product presentation abilities.
Exceptional client engagement skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in CRM systems, professional email communication, and digital sales tools.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to working under pressure.
Salary
