We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The SME Sales Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing small and medium-scale enterprise clients.
• The role focuses on selling financial solutions tailored to SME needs and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME customers.
• Market financial products and services suitable for SME businesses.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
• Conduct market visits to understand client needs and business operations.
• Provide advisory support to clients on available financial solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of SME clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Must have 2–5 years experience in SME sales, banking, or financial services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of SME market segments.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
