Job Description:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring excellent customer experience
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty
Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers across online platforms
Process online orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and in line with company policies
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Monitor and update product listings, track stock availability, and support inventory management to prevent shortages or delays
Requirements:
Proficiency in standard Windows applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software
Patient, responsible, and service-oriented with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer support
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications and Skills:
