Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads. Engage with prospects, introduce our products, and identify their needs to present tailored solutions.
- Conversion/Negotiation: Professionally negotiate and convince potential leads to purchase our products.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and offering accurate information about our products. Ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and leaves a lasting impression.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong ability to close deals, achieve sales targets, and handle objections and rejections effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions to customer issues. Stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
