Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Customer Acquisition Agent to anchor the growth engine of LifeBank’s healthcare logistics ecosystem. In a specialized medical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the supply chain and the precision of the delivery success is defined by "Network Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize healthcare facility needs with the clinical precision required for Blood, Oxygen, and Medical Supply Logistics. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" specifically a Business or Health Science graduate with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (conducting on-site visits to hospitals and clinics) with the "Strategic Agility" required to convert qualified leads into active, paying accounts.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Prospecting Sovereignty: Identify and prospect new hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Expansion."
Conversion Architecture: Present LifeBank’s value proposition and convert qualified leads into active accounts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for revenue growth.
Integrity Stewardship: Represent LifeBank professionally in all field interactions, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic
Engagement Sovereignty: Conduct on-site visits to healthcare facilities to understand their unique needs, acting as the primary "Source of Real-World Field Intelligence."
Onboarding Architecture: Support new customers through first-order activation and smooth handover to operations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a seamless user experience.
Intelligence Stewardship: Gather insights on pricing, service gaps, and underserved areas, maintaining the "Source of Product Feedback."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
CRM Sovereignty: Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions in CRM tools, acting as the primary "Source of Pipeline Visibility."
Reporting Architecture: Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline progress, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven growth strategies.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of healthcare sales experience to accelerate the lead-to-conversion cycle, maximizing the "Source of Acquisition Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years in sales, customer acquisition, or field marketing (Healthcare or Logistics advantage).
Technical Power: Basic CRM and digital tool proficiency.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of building trust quickly with medical professionals.
