Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and technical CRM Specialist to lead the administration and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management ecosystem. Based in Ikorodu, this role is the bridge between our commercial objectives and our technological capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our CRM is not just a database, but a strategic tool that drives productivity, provides deep operational insights, and supports the seamless integration of business processes across all teams.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can translate complex business requirements into elegant technical configurations while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.

Requirements:

System Administration & Configuration

  • Technical Architecture: Manage user permissions, security profiles, and the creation of custom objects, fields, and record types.

  • Process Automation: Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, and flows to eliminate manual effort.

  • UI/UX Optimization: Design and maintain page layouts and record types that enhance the end-user experience and data entry accuracy.

Operational Insight & Data Strategy

  • Data Analysis: Leverage CRM data to provide actionable insights into team effectiveness, sales velocity, and overall productivity.

  • Reporting: Build and manage sophisticated dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility for commercial and financial leadership.

  • Data Integrity: Proactively identify and resolve data anomalies and errors, ensuring the CRM remains a "single source of truth."

Collaboration & Integration

  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with commercial and data teams to identify business needs and translate them into CRM implementations.

  • Third-Party Ecosystem: Coordinate and support integrations with external apps, plugins, and specialized tools to extend CRM functionality.

  • Support & Documentation: Provide daily troubleshooting and bug fixing for end-users, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of all configurations and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a strong focus on analytical or technical disciplines.

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on CRM Administration (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms).

  • Technical Mastery:

    • Proven ability to configure custom objects, complex flows, and validation rules.

    • Deep familiarity with business process automation and dashboard creation.

    • Experience coordinating third-party software integrations.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Analytical Depth: Ability to turn raw data into strategic operational insights.

    • Collaboration: Strong experience working directly with commercial, financial, and data-focused teams.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
