Job Description:

Are you a creative visionary who thrives on building brand narratives and crafting compelling visuals? UrbanWish is on a mission to redefine Nigeria’s lifestyle and services landscape, and we are searching for an execution-oriented Creative Marketing & Brand Associate to help us scale.

This is a high-impact role for a digital storyteller who understands the pulse of social media culture and can seamlessly blend strategy with design.

Requirements:

• Brand Stewardship: Manage our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring a cohesive voice and visual identity.

• Strategic Creation: Develop engaging campaigns, content strategies, and growth initiatives in collaboration with our founders.

• Design & Execution: Produce high-quality social media assets, including carousels, banners, and newsletters.

• Community & Growth: Drive influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement.

• Campaign Support: Assist with email marketing and track performance metrics to optimize brand reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Digital Native: You possess a deep understanding of social media marketing, digital brand positioning, and current design trends.

• Versatile Creator: You are proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) and can independently produce polished visual content.

• Strong Communicator: You bring excellent writing skills and the ability to weave compelling stories.

• Startup-Ready: You are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable moving fast in an agile environment.

• Bonus Points: Experience with short-form video/motion graphics, paid media (Meta/Google Ads), or previous startup experience is highly valued.
