Job Description:

We are seeking a creatively elite and strategically rigorous Social Media Manager / Content Creator to anchor the brand-voice and digital-presence engine of our organization. In a high-velocity digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the feed-algorithm and the precision of the visual-filter success is defined by "Content Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-end graphic design and short-form video production with the clinical precision required for Community-Conversion Architecture, Viral-Ready Storytelling, and Brand-Identity Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Creative Command Center" a critical mission for an ambitious digital storyteller who can blend "Content Grit" (mastering the complexities of platform-specific trends) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Social Media Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Visual Sovereignty & Content Architecture

• Sovereignty of the Feed: Develop and execute high-engagement content (graphics, captions, and short videos), acting as the primary "Source of Brand-Identity Throughput."

• Creative Architecture: Lead content development strategies specifically tailored for the Instagram ecosystem, providing the "Structural Foundation" for visual excellence.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure every post, story, and reel aligns with our "Luxury/Professional Brand Tone," ensuring the "Source of Audience-Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Engagement Governance & Community Logic

• Relationship Sovereignty: Manage and nurture the online community, acting as the primary "Source of Audience-Interaction Momentum."

• Conversion Architecture: Implement engagement-driven strategies that turn followers into advocates, providing the "Functional Foundation" for digital growth.

• Engagement Stewardship: Maintain active, trend-aware presence across social channels, maintaining the "Source of Market-Relevance."
