Job Description:

Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and live events? SEAD Events Africa is seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator Intern to capture and create engaging digital content from the high-profile events we manage across Lagos. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of our brand, documenting behind-the-scenes moments and guest experiences. If you have a sharp eye for trends, experience in short-form video editing, and a desire to build a diverse professional portfolio, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• Event Coverage: Attend assigned events across Lagos to capture high-quality, professional video content.

• Content Production: Create engaging short-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Storytelling: Document unique event highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and guest experiences that showcase our brand’s quality and energy.

• Post-Production: Edit and deliver polished content promptly to ensure timely social media distribution.

• Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to align content with brand goals and suggest innovative ideas to boost social media visibility and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND or HND qualification.

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in video content creation, editing, and social media management.

• Technical Skills: Proven ability to shoot high-quality visuals using a smartphone or camera and proficiency in video editing software.

• Creative Aptitude: Strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of current social media trends, formats, and algorithms.

• Location: Must be based in Lagos and possess the mobility to travel across various event venues.

• Professionalism: Highly reliable, responsive, and disciplined in meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
