Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive work to timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Allocate work and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve site challenges promptly.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare activity reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a foreman in a construction environment (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site under varying conditions.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
