We are seeking a hands-on, technically elite, and execution-obsessed Site Governor to anchor the physical production engine of our multi-storey residential projects. In the high-stakes world of Lagos luxury development where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of concrete-pour-cycles and the precision of the structural-filter success is defined by "Site Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex structural drawings with the clinical precision required for Execution-Governance, Multi-Trade Architecture Stewardship, and High-Fidelity Delivery Momentum. This role is designed as a "Field Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious Civil/Structural engineer who can blend "Structural Grit" (mastering the complexities of reinforcement detailing, piling, and MEP integration) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Site Operations.

Requirements:

1. Structural Sovereignty & Build-Architecture

• Sovereignty of Execution: Oversee daily operations, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Construction Throughput."

• Build Architecture: Manage construction sequencing (foundation to finishing) and structural alignment (rafts, piles, reinforcement), providing the "Structural Foundation" for skyscraper-grade integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Enforce millimetric QA/QC standards and reinforcement detailing, ensuring the "Source of Structural-Integrity Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Contractor Logic

• Resource Sovereignty: Coordinate sub-contractors and site-teams, acting as the primary "Source of Productivity-Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP works, providing the "Functional Foundation" for clash-free building systems.

• Coordination Stewardship: Liaise with consultants and internal teams, maintaining the "Source of Site-Alignment."

3. Operational Fidelity & Delivery Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor and update planning tools (MS Project), acting as the primary "Source of Project-Timeline Insight."

• Execution Architecture: Conduct setting out, leveling, and dimensional control, providing the "Relational Foundation" for site precision.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Software-Expertise (AutoCAD/Revit/ETABS) to accelerate the "Design-to-Build" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Project-Development Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (COREN Registered is mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience, with proven delivery on multi-storey buildings (6+ floors).

• Technical Power: Mastery of Structural Drawing Interpretation, Rebar Detailing, Piling Supervision, and MEP Integration.

• Software: AutoCAD and Revit (Mandatory); familiarity with ETABS, SAFE, and MS Project.

• Aptitude: Exceptional site leadership, contractor management, and structural-verification capabilities.

• Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and ready to maintain "Site Sovereignty" as the absolute authority on build-quality and timeline delivery.
