We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Construction Equipment and Pump Mechanic with proven expertise in HATZ diesel engines.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of construction equipment and dewatering pumps to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency on site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HATZ diesel engines on pumps, generators, and other site equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on construction machinery and dewatering systems.
• Service and overhaul diesel-powered pumps, compressors, and small plant equipment.
• Source and replace faulty parts while ensuring high repair standards.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Assist with on-site breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience as a mechanic for construction equipment and/or pumps.
• Strong technical knowledge of HATZ diesel engines.
• Proficiency in diagnosing engine, fuel, and electrical system faults.
• Experience with dewatering pumps and related construction machinery.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license is an advantage
