Job Description:

• Install, service, and repair computer hardware, printers, and various IT devices.

• Oversee and manage hospital network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

• Quickly diagnose and resolve issues related to systems, networks, and hardware.

• Maintain data security, perform regular system backups, and ensure consistent network reliability.

• Support the integration of medical technologies and hospital management software.

• Deliver technical assistance to staff and provide basic IT training as needed.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hardware maintenance and network management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network configurations, and basic server management.
• Familiarity with hospital or healthcare IT systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
