Job Description:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or is currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related discipline.

  • Brings hands-on experience in HR functions or a similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Well-organized with exceptional administrative skills.

  • Clear, confident communicator in both written and verbal formats.

  • Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in trauma-informed care and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, or similar modalities.

  • Knowledge and practical use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited and recognized institution.

  • Fully licensed, or eligible for licensing, with the relevant professional regulatory body.

  • At least 1–2 years of clinical practice experience, preferably working with diverse client populations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • Committed to ethical practice, empathy, and culturally sensitive care.

Salary

₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
