Requirements:
Customer Engagement & Support
Inquiry Management: Answer customer questions professionally via phone calls and digital chat platforms.
Product Knowledge: Help clients fully understand our products and services, providing accurate information to assist their decision-making.
Problem Solving: Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Administration & Records
Data Logging: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
Communication Standards: Maintain high standards of phone, email, and WhatsApp etiquette in all professional correspondence.
Feedback: Relate common customer concerns to the team to help improve our overall service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Minimum Qualification: National Diploma (ND) or National Certificate in Education (NCE) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Geographic Requirement: Candidates must live in Kubwa or be able to commute to Kubwa easily and reliably.
Skills & Competencies
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, and general phone operations.
Learning Agility: Ability to learn new product details quickly and adapt to changing workflows.
Composure: Proven ability to stay calm, polite, and professional under pressure or when dealing with difficult inquiries.
