Job Description:

We are seeking a clinically grounded and exceptionally personable Client Care Representative to join our healthcare team in Lekki Phase 1. In a premium medical environment, the front desk is more than an administrative station; it is the "First Point of Care." This role is specifically designed for a Qualified CHEW, a professional with 1–2 years of experience who can blend medical empathy with the "Service Grit" required to manage patient flows, inquiries, and EMR documentation.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Friction Patient Journeys and Clinical Excellence." You will be the primary face of the facility: responsible for providing a warm, friendly welcome, resolving patient concerns with clinical sensitivity, and maintaining the digital integrity of our EMR portal. If you possess "Interpersonal Mastery," a proactive mindset, and reside within the Ikate/Igboefon axis, we want you to anchor our patient experience.

Requirements:

1. Patient Stewardship & Hospitality

  • First-Impression Architecture: Greet patients with a warm, open, and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel supported from the moment they enter the facility.

  • Inquiry Governance: Respond to patient concerns and inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a high level of professional and clinical tact.

  • Conflict Resolution: Calmly and promptly resolve patient complaints, utilizing your clinical background to empathize with their health concerns while maintaining facility standards.

2. Digital Integrity & EMR Management

  • Portal Orchestration: Maintain surgical accuracy in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) portal, ensuring patient demographics, visit notes, and scheduling are updated in real-time.

  • Data Stewardship: Manage and archive patient interaction logs and medical records with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols.

  • Administrative Synergy: Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to support facility reporting and departmental coordination.

3. Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Seamless Care Integration: Collaborate closely with the Nursing, Medical, and Laboratory teams to ensure a smooth transition for patients through different stages of their visit.

  • Task Prioritization: Effectively manage a fast-paced front-desk environment, balancing high-volume check-ins with administrative duties and emergency inquiries.

  • Facility Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the reception area is organized and reflects the high standards of a premium Lekki healthcare facility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Background: Must be a qualified CHEW with a strong interest in clinical customer service.

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE holder certification.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or clinical client care.

  • Location: Mandatory residency within Ikate, Igboefon, or the immediate Lekki environs for operational efficiency.

Core Competencies

  • Clinical Empathy: The ability to handle patients with patience, kindness, and professional "bedside manner" at the front desk.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in EMR portals, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
