We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Accurately translate written documents, business correspondence, and reports from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Interpret spoken communication during meetings, calls, and negotiations.
• Support the management team in liaising with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure clarity, cultural sensitivity, and accuracy in all translations.
• Maintain confidentiality of translated documents and sensitive information.
• Assist in preparing bilingual presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Provide language support in logistics, trade, and other business operations.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent translation, interpretation, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with business, logistics, and trade-related terminology is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, cultural awareness, and communication skills.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience as a Chinese Translator/Interpreter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation Studies, or related field (certification in translation is an added advantage).
