Job Description:

• We are seeking a young, dynamic, and AI-savvy Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational excellence and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across preservation, packaging, and distribution units.
• Build and optimize internal systems and structures for operational efficiency.
• Implement performance metrics (KPIs) to enhance productivity and accountability.
• Lead AI-driven operational improvements through analytics and automation.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with proven success in operations or business growth roles.
• Experience working in fast-paced or scaling companies (preferably in food, FMCG, or tech-driven sectors).
• Strong understanding of business growth levers, process optimization, and financial management.
• Track record of driving measurable operational improvements and business expansion.
• AI-savvy, with strong interest in applying automation and data analytics to business operations.
