Job Description:

• Develop and implement operational strategies in line with the company’s vision, goals, and growth objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality service delivery.
• Establish and enforce robust processes, policies, and systems to enhance operational performance.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Partner with senior leadership to design and execute new business initiatives that drive growth and innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams to achieve business targets.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.
• Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Represent the company in external partnerships, negotiations, and public engagements, building strategic relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an executive leadership role (COO, Operations Director, or similar), ideally within a ride-hailing, mobility, or technology-driven company.
• Must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of corporate operations, finance, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making ability.
