Job Description:

• We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our organization and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Preparation of financial reporting and budgeting
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong financial management and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional corsifications (ICAN, ACCA, CFA, etc.) are an adied ackantage
• Previous experience in a senior finance role is required.
