Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to anchor the economic engine of our Group. In a complex, multi-entity landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the capital cycle and the precision of the risk framework success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize Group-wide fiscal activities with the clinical precision required for Capital Management, Strategic Planning, and Corporate Governance. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a professional with 15+ years of progressive experience and elite professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or CFA) who can blend "Fiscal Grit" (managing relationships with financial institutions and ensuring tax compliance) with the "Strategic Agility" required to provide executive-level advice to the CEO and the Board.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategic Governance

• Financial Sovereignty: Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Alignment."

• Advisory Architecture: Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and executive leadership, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-driven decision-making.

• Integrity Stewardship: Oversee internal controls and financial governance frameworks, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Fiscal Logic

• Planning Sovereignty: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, acting as the primary "Source of Growth Prediction."

• Liquidity Architecture: Manage cash flow and funding requirements across the group, providing the "Functional Foundation" for operational and project-based solvency.

• Risk Stewardship: Implement robust risk management frameworks to safeguard group assets, maintaining the "Source of Financial Resilience."

3. Operational Integrity & Regulatory Power

• Reporting Sovereignty: Oversee the preparation of all financial statements and management reports, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Transparency."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure 100% adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards (IFRS), and tax laws, providing the "Relational Foundation" for legal standing.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 15+ years of leadership experience to lead and develop the finance and accounting teams, maximizing the "Source of Departmental Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master’s in Finance is highly advantageous.

• Certification: Professional licensure is required (ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or CFA).

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial management experience, with significant senior leadership time.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Corporate Finance, Financial Strategy, and IFRS.
