Job Description:

• Oversee ATM cash loading and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.

• Optimize cash levels in the vault for efficient operations.

• Supervise and coordinate all cash sorting activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and registers.

• Oversee all teller operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Ensure prompt and effective customer service delivery across all service units.

• Maintain efficient Turnaround Time (TAT) in line with service level agreements.

• Process transactions promptly and accurately to avoid delays and errors.

• Execute end-of-day procedures, including timely report generation.

• Maintain zero tolerance for fraud and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Act as a backup to the Head, Cash Management and Branch Operations when required.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor of either Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in Branch Operations.
