Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Canvassers to anchor the retail engine of our brand across Nigeria. In a specialized pharmaceutical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the recommendation and the precision of the product detail success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize in-store engagement with the clinical precision required for Product Detailing, Taste Experience Management, and Virtual Community Building. This role is designed for a "Conversion Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (communicating in English and local dialects) with the "Digital Agility" required to expand our Virtual Network of Pharmacy Recommenders.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance

• Sovereignty of the Detail: Conduct in-store product detailing with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Education."

• Experience Architecture: Support taste experience activities within pharmacy stores, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sensory-led brand adoption.

• Integrity Stewardship: Build the company’s virtual community of pharmacy recommenders, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Influence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Communication Logic

• Linguistic Sovereignty: Communicate fluently in English and local dialects to anchor customer trust, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Clarity."

• Negotiation Architecture: Utilize sales skills to convert interest into community membership, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term recommender loyalty.

• Digital Stewardship: Utilize MS Excel and Word to track engagement data, maintaining the "Source of Operational Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

• Community Sovereignty: Actively recruit and onboard pharmacy professionals into the virtual network, acting as the primary "Source of Network Growth."

• In-Store Architecture: Manage pharmacy-level relationships to ensure seamless "Taste Experiences," providing the "Relational Foundation" for point-of-sale synergy.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Sales and Detailing Expertise to accelerate the "Greeting-to-Recommendation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Brand Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of SSCE.

• Experience: Previous Sales Experience is a distinct advantage.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.

• Communication: Fluency in English and relevant local dialects.

• Location: Across Nigeria (Temporary).
