Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, fast-learning, and professional Call Centre Representative to join our team in Sabon-Gari. As the voice of our company, you will handle customer inquiries, provide clear information, and ensure every customer interaction is positive. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is comfortable with digital communication tools, is fluent in both English and Hausa, and is looking to build a career in a dynamic, full-time role.

Requirements:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide professional, courteous assistance to customers via phone and digital platforms.

  • Multilingual Support: Communicate effectively and fluently in both English and Hausa to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and met.

  • Digital Communication: Utilize WhatsApp proficiently to handle customer queries, share information, and manage ongoing support requests.

  • Fast Learning: Quickly master our service offerings, company policies, and internal communication protocols to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns with patience and accuracy, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Hausa.

  • Digital Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of WhatsApp for business communications.

  • Location: Must reside within Sabon-Gari or its immediate environs.

  • Profile: Female candidate.

Salary

N35,000 - N50,000 per month.
