Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity Business Development & Partnership Manager to anchor our revenue growth as we scale our outbound remittance operations. In the cross-border payment space, growth is fueled by the strength of the network. Your mission is to expand our distribution channels, onboard high-value institutional partners, and dominate key remittance corridors through strategic sales and FX-aligned commercial models.
The ideal candidate is a fintech veteran with 4–7 years of experience who speaks the language of IMTOs, FX providers, and aggregators. You will move beyond simple sales to architect "win-win" partnerships that drive massive transaction volumes. If you have a proven track record of hitting revenue targets in the remittance or banking sector, we want you to lead our market expansion.
Requirements:
1. Revenue Growth & Corridor Expansion
Market Penetration: Identify and onboard agents, aggregators, and corporate clients to drive aggressive outbound transfer volume growth.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a high-conversion sales pipeline, negotiating commercial terms that balance profitability with market share.
Corridor Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new corridors, monitoring competitor pricing and regulatory shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
2. Strategic Partnership Ecosystem
Network Acquisition: Source and onboard banks, IMTOs, fintechs, and payment service providers (PSPs) to broaden our distribution reach.
Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end partner journey—from initial sourcing and compliance-ready onboarding to activation and volume optimization.
Commercial Modeling: Structure sophisticated incentive and pricing models that align partner goals with our revenue objectives.
3. Performance Intelligence & Strategy
Data-Driven Decision Making: Forecast transaction volumes and revenue performance using market trends and historical data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Compliance to ensure seamless technical integration and regulatory adherence for all new partners.
Reporting: Provide high-level visibility to leadership through weekly and monthly performance analytics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 4–7 years in Fintech, Remittance, Banking, or Financial Services.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Outbound Remittance, FX Markets, and liquidity management.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Core Competencies
Commercial Acumen: Ability to negotiate complex financial agreements with banks and institutional stakeholders.
Execution Focus: A "revenue-driven" mindset with a proven ability to deliver under high pressure.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to manage relationships with regulators, fintech founders, and bank executives.
