Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of Fabric Butik. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality textile products and the market, tasked with expanding our footprint, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue. If you have a passion for the fashion and textile industry and a track record of closing high-value deals, we want you to lead our expansion efforts.

Requirements:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities in both local and international markets to increase our market share.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and corporate clients.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including pricing models and promotional campaigns, to achieve business growth objectives.

  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closing deals.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and shifting customer needs.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market analysis reports to provide management with actionable insights.

  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of Fabric Butik at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Experience within the textile or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Core Competencies: * Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Solid understanding of textile products, production lifecycles, and market trends.

    • Strong analytical capabilities to identify opportunities and solve problems independently.

  • Mindset: A results-oriented professional capable of thriving in a target-driven environment and working autonomously.
