Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Fintech ecosystem
- Drive adoption of Fintech products such as digital payments, wallets, lending, collections, APIs and merchant services
- Expand company’s presence across SMEs, corporates, institutions and strategic partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and emerging opportunities
- Acquire and onboard merchants, corporate clients and institutional partners
- Lead client engagements, presentations, demos and negotiations
- Identify and manage partnership agreements, pricing models and commercial terms
- Represent the company in industry events, Fintech forums and networking sessions
- Drive transaction volume, revenue growth and market expansion
- Track performance against revenue and growth targets
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk and Legal teams to ensure BD activities align with regulatory requirements
- Understand regulatory guidelines affecting Fintech operations and partnerships
- Prepare periodic business development and pipeline reports
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management
- Track KPIs related to revenue, partnerships and client growth
- Collaborate with Product Technology, Operations, Finance and Customer Support teams
- Please note that your employment is subject to a periodic performance contract with clearly defined Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital payments, financial technology products or platform-based services
- Proven experience in B2B or partnership-driven sales
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking and relationship management
- Understanding of Fintech products and ecosystems
- Data-drive and performance-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a regulated environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in business development, sales or a similar role, preferably in Fintech or financial services
