Job Description:

  • The Business Development Manager will lead the identification, development, and closing of revenue-generating opportunities across our service areas (Geo Services, Geo Academy, and Geo Store).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Professional communication and closure with potential customers and partners.
  • Proper engagement with customers.
  • Research and identify potential clients.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Manage full sales cycle and CRM tracking.
  • Develop GTM strategies and support product launches.
  • Build and manage industry partnerships.
  • Analyze client behavior and competitor activity.
  • Deliver reports on pipeline health and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Geography, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Geography, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Experience selling technical or data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong communication and analytical mindset.</li>
