Job Description:
- The Business Development Manager will lead the identification, development, and closing of revenue-generating opportunities across our service areas (Geo Services, Geo Academy, and Geo Store).
Key Responsibilities
- Professional communication and closure with potential customers and partners.
- Proper engagement with customers.
- Research and identify potential clients.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Manage full sales cycle and CRM tracking.
- Develop GTM strategies and support product launches.
- Build and manage industry partnerships.
- Analyze client behavior and competitor activity.
- Deliver reports on pipeline health and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Geography, or related field.
- Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Geography, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Experience selling technical or data-driven solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship skills.
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong communication and analytical mindset.</li>
