Job Description:
- We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong track record in leading strategic growth initiatives, building key partnerships, and unlocking new market opportunities.
- You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing our competitive edge across B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
- Build and manage partnerships with corporate clients, agencies, and travel resellers.
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to shape strategies.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to develop targeted campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry., with
- Proven sales performance and deal-closing skills.with knowledge of RFP/RFQ
- Excellentpresentation, negotiation, and communication skills, andproficient use of CRM tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
