Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive company growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across various sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements. 
  • Negotiate and close business deals with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and performance targets.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to management.
  • Represent VHM at networking events, meetings, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Continuously seek innovative strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Lagos State.
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills with a goal-getter mentality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A self-driven, motivated, and ambitious professional with high integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Must be available to resume work immediately after being selected.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
