Job Description:
- The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across SMEs, corporates, and high-growth organizations.
- This role focuses on structured prospecting, consultative selling, proposal development, and commercial negotiation within the HR consulting and professional services space.
- The ideal candidate is a confident mid-level professional who can engage senior decision-makers, structure commercial conversations, and successfully close revenue-generating engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in business development within consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
- Working experience selling advisory, outsourcing, or recruitment services is highly desirable.
